In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for the purchase of classroom presentation equipment to equip eleven (11) classrooms (specifications attached) for the new Career Technology Facilities at Obion County Central High and South Fulton High Schools. Funds are available for this purchase within the General Purpose School Fund budget for the current fiscal year as previously approved by the Board. We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

CDW Government LLC – $1,340.62 each
Personal Computer Systems, Inc. – $1,277.00 each

The low bid meeting all specifications was submitted by Personal Computer Systems, Inc. in the amount of $1,277.00 for each classroom.
